Abstract
Author of the 2015-2016 One Campus One Book selection, "Blonde Indian: An Alaska Native Memoir," UAS Assistant Professor of English Ernestine Hayes will read from and discusses her book. She’ll also explore the prevalence of the animistic worldview of Tlingit being and how it is somehow dislocated or dismissed by other cultures.
