The University of Alaska, Juneau, is a unique, open-access institution of higher education. The university is designed to provide community education and training and certificate and associate degree programs in the Juneau service area and four year and graduate degree programs for all of Southeast Alaska. The University of Alaska, Juneau will also offer such statewide programs as appropriate.
